Multi-Family Residential Superintendent

This role requires collaboration with the project manager and oversight of all field operations. You will manage relationships with subcontractors and field staff to achieve project objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate updates with the Project Manager regularly

• Oversee subcontractor safety and performance

• Ensure adequate staffing for quality objectives

• Address design deficiencies and project issues promptly

• Administer contracts and enforce terms effectively

• Supervise trades and provide continuous feedback

• Uphold safety policies among all site personnel

Requirements:

• Minimum two years as a Superintendent in general contracting

• Red Seal in Carpentry or related experience preferred

• Proven track record from pre-construction to completion

• Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders

• Experience leading and motivating diverse site crews
