Project Manager​/Estimator

Position: Project Manager/Estimator Role

Houle is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator for its Commercial, Institutional, and Residential Project Delivery group. This role involves managing all project aspects, including estimating, labor management, and procurement. You'll work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to ensure that each project remains on track and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify business opportunities and client needs

• Estimate projects and prepare tenders

• Review contracts to mitigate risks

• Maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers

• Oversee project financials and schedules

Requirements:

• 3 years in Electrical Project Management or Estimating

• Electrical trade certification or degree

• Proficiency in estimating software, preferably Accubid

• Strong skills in MS Office and AutoCAD

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
