We are looking for a skilled Estimator with at least 5 years of experience, emphasizing hands-on involvement in multi-family projects. This role requires collaboration with preconstruction and operations teams, along with a strong understanding of construction methodologies. Key responsibilities include both the preparation of detailed estimates and supporting project handovers to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates

• Analyze drawings and specifications for risks and opportunities

• Solicit and review subcontractor pricing

• Support contract negotiations and project team handover

• Maintain historical cost data for process improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of estimating experience with general contractors

• Proven track record in multi-family project estimation

• Strong knowledge of BC construction practices

• Proficient with estimating software applications

• Ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines
