Key Responsibilities:

• Create comprehensive quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates

• Review design milestones for accurate cost projections

• Participate in negotiations regarding project changes and claims

• Develop cost-loading techniques for project scheduling

• Generate detailed project cost reports for stakeholders

Requirements:

• 10 years of civil estimating experience preferred

• Technical background or equivalent professional experience

• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant estimating software

• Knowledge of CIQS and AACE guidelines

• Ability to solve complex estimating challenges
