Position: Superintendent for Multi-Family Projects

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of multi-family residential construction. Your expertise as a Superintendent will ensure seamless operations, impactful safety practices, and adherence to project timelines. Collaborating closely with the project management team, you will influence the culture of reliability and ownership on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report updates including safety inspections and staffing needs

• Evaluate subcontractor safety and work performance

• Ensure sufficient staffing levels for project demands

• Address design deficiencies and resolve issues proactively

• Manage contracts and any change orders effectively

• Lead trades and laborers with strong communication

• Support adherence to safety policies across teams

Requirements:

• At least two years’ experience as a Superintendent

• Preferred Red Seal in Carpentry with hands-on construction

• Documented success in managing projects to completion

• Strong relationship-building with clients and staff

• Proven experience in motivating site crews effectively
