Key Responsibilities:
• Promote site safety and a positive working environment
• Create and assess safe work plans
• Assist with general laborer tasks
• Undertake miscellaneous duties as required
• Support crew, sub-trades, and clients with safety coaching
Requirements:
• Advanced Occupational First Aid Certification required
• CSO or NCSO Certification an asset
• Willingness to obtain all company-required safety certifications
• Preferred construction knowledge for effective support
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
