Join Copcan Civil as a Civil Construction Surveyor in the beautiful Vancouver Island, BC area. This position is key in providing accurate surveying for a variety of civil projects, ensuring quality and precision.
As a Civil Construction Surveyor, you'll play a vital role in our Vancouver Island South operations. Your experience in municipal infrastructure and heavy civil projects will help maintain our high standards of quality. You'll use advanced surveying tools and software to support project execution and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct survey layout for various construction projects
• Establish survey control points and benchmarks
• Operate GPS, total stations, and other equipment
• Manage layout files using Civil 3D
• Support project teams with measurements and data
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in construction surveying
• Proficient in survey software like Civil 3D
• Strong understanding of construction specifications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License needed
