Kinetic is looking for a dedicated Construction Safety Officer (CSO) OFA Attendant who values teamwork and continuous improvement. This position involves site safety promotion, work-related planning, and assisting with labor tasks. You'll be part of an organization committed to building better relationships through safety and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with safety standards on site
• Develop and assess safe work plans for operations
• Engage in general laborer activities as needed
• Handle miscellaneous site tasks to support operations
• Coach and educate crews and clients on safety practices
Requirements:
• Current Advanced Occupational First Aid Certification
• CSO or NCSO Certification is a plus
• Commitment to gaining necessary safety certifications
• Prior construction knowledge preferred for job success
• Capability to work in various weather environments
