This role requires an individual with 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or junior estimating. You will support the Project Manager and Site Superintendent by utilizing Procore for document control and project tracking. In this dynamic role, you will assist in procurement and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project documentation, ensuring accuracy in Procore

• Support planning, meetings, and administrative tasks

• Manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders effectively

• Track and report project schedules and milestones

• Document project meetings and distribute records

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in the field

• Proficient in Procore and MS Project software

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Capacity to supervise and mentor team members

• Dedicated to maintaining high quality and safety standards
