Pomerleau seeks an experienced Assistant Superintendent to oversee various projects, ensuring excellence in safety and operation. With 3-5 years in the institutional, commercial, and industrial sectors, you'll utilize your technical skills and problem-solving abilities while collaborating with trade partners. Your leadership will drive quality, health, and safety on-site, fostering an environment focused on teamwork and project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) initiatives on site
• Ensure compliance with project-specific safety regulations
• Collaborate with teams to develop construction schedules
• Mentor field team members and support project mobilization
• Maintain accurate site documentation throughout the project
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of ICI construction experience
• Degree or diploma in a construction-related field
• Strong knowledge of scheduling and quality control
• Proficiency in scheduling software and site practices
• Familiarity with the BC construction market
