Axiom Builders is seeking a driven Project Coordinator for exciting projects in Victoria. Collaborate with a dedicated team, manage construction processes, and contribute to quality and safety standards.
This role is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 1-2 years of on-site construction experience. You will work closely under a Project Manager, ensuring documentation and project systems are efficiently managed. Your organizational and communication skills will help coordinate subtrades, clients, and protocols effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and maintain project materials and documentation
• Prepare and track change orders and purchase orders
• Assist in reviewing shop drawings and samples
• Report project progress to senior management
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements:
• Certificate or degree in Building Technology or related field
• 1-2 years of on-site construction experience
• Proficiency in Procore and MS Project preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to work actively on-site
