Kinetic is seeking a Supervisor with over five years of experience in hazardous materials abatement. You will guide teams, liaise with clients, and collaborate closely with Project Managers. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to health and safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project site management effectively
• Supervise and mentor on-site crew members
• Ensure health and safety compliance across projects
• Manage tools and equipment used in abatement
• Collaborate with clients and Project Managers for success
Requirements:
• 5+ years in ICI hazardous materials abatement
• Asbestos Level 3 Certification required
• Proven ability in leading site crews
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
