As a Customer Service Attendant, you will assist the Chief Steward in delivering high-quality service while upholding safety protocols. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a demanding environment. Responsibilities range from serving food to performing thorough cleaning tasks, ensuring that the ferry operation runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take and process passengers’ food and drink orders
• Serve and present hot and cold menu items
• Clear tables and maintain passenger seating areas
• Execute cleaning routines for all service facilities
• Provide information on ferry schedules to passengers
Requirements:
• At least one year of customer service experience required
• Valid Seafarer's Medical, Food Safe Level 1 necessary
• Obtain Serving It Right upon offer
• Preference for First Aid Level 3 certification
• Strong self-motivation and adaptability
