Position: Guest Services Marina Attendant Role

Join Oak Bay Marine Group as a Guest Services Marina Attendant, where you can connect people to the ocean through exceptional service. Support marina operations while enhancing guest experiences.

In this position, you'll collaborate with the Operations Manager and assist with contracted moorage, fuel calls, and maintenance of the marina. The ideal candidate will embody the 'Yes I Can' service philosophy, showcasing skills in customer relations, problem resolution, and teamwork. A proactive attitude and commitment to creating positive experiences for guests is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a welcoming manner

• Communicate effectively with crew, vendors, and guests

• Maximize revenues through efficient moorage management

• Maintain cleanliness of washrooms and facilities

• Conduct quarterly inventory and support overall marina upkeep

Requirements:

• Industry experience in customer service is recommended

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

• Pleasure Craft Operator Card preferred

• Relevant post-secondary education is an advantage
