This part-time role requires responding to in-person, phone, and email inquiries, processing offence reviews, and assisting with monthly parking applications. You'll be pivotal in maintaining cooperation among various departments while ensuring adherence to City bylaws. The position offers a flexible workweek of 17.5 to 35 hours, emphasizing customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle complaints related to parking fines efficiently
• Research and process parking offence reviews
• Adjust fines and manage public inquiries
• Liaise with external agencies for operational issues
• Compile reports on unpaid fines for collection processes
Requirements:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic understanding of municipal parking regulations
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Part-time availability for shifts as outlined
• Experience in compliance roles is a plus
Support the community by effectively managing parking concerns as a Parking Review Representative.
