Position: Order Fulfillment Associate - The Home Depot

In this role, you’ll report directly to the Service Desk Supervisor and manage various responsibilities including labeling, packing, and organizing orders for customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and prioritize products for fulfilling customer orders

• Pack and label orders to ensure safe delivery

• Assist with customer service inquiries and transactions

• Comply with safety regulations while moving items

• Ensure designated areas are organized for order preparedness

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years of retail or distribution experience

• Ability to lift and manage bulky items

• Familiarity with operating order picker machines is beneficial

• Strong communication and attention to detail skills
