Position: Victoria Automotive Service Advisor Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and ensure needs are understood

• Document concerns accurately on Repair Orders

• Provide clear updates on service status and repairs

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections pre- and post-service

• Manage customer inquiries and complaints effectively

Requirements:

• Valid BC Driver’s license with a good Driver’s Abstract

• Experience in a customer-facing automotive role preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Capacity to work outdoors in varying conditions
