Parking Review Specialist Position

Become a Parking Review Specialist with the Finance Department, managing customer inquiries and parking offence reviews part-time. This role supports fair parking practices while ensuring compliance with regulations.

In this position, work part-time, primarily on Mondays and Fridays, plus two flexible days. You'll engage with customers, process requests, and investigate parking infractions. Essential skills include communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work within established city policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address complaints via phone, email, and in-person

• Investigate parking offences and review context

• Communicate decisions on ticket cancellations or upholds

• Support public inquiries at the service centre

• Report on various parking review issues

Requirements:

• Customer service experience

• Knowledge of parking regulations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Effective written and verbal communication

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
