As a Retail Representative at Purolator, you’ll work 30 hours weekly, focusing on customer service excellence from Tuesday to Saturday. Your key duties will involve up-selling, handling inquiries, and resolving shipment issues. Strong problem-solving abilities and building positive relationships with customers and corporate partners are crucial in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional service to customers both in person and via phone
• Resolve customer complaints and shipment issues efficiently
• Collaborate with drivers and management to enhance service
• Maintain accurate cash reconciliations and key controls
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Requirements:
• 3-12 months customer service and retail experience preferred
• Proficiency in English for effective communication
• Ability to lift 70lbs and stand for 3-hour intervals
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Compliance with safety standards and corporate policies
