Pacific Northwest Transportation Services seeks energetic individuals for part-time shuttle agent roles from April to October. Your main duties will involve selling tickets, managing crowds, and providing assistance to shuttle guests. Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred as you help ensure the efficiency of shuttle operations and enhance guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sell roundtrip tickets to cruise guests entering downtown Victoria
• Check-in guests with pre-paid tickets professionally
• Greet guests, answer questions regarding shuttles
• Assist guests with mobility issues boarding the shuttle
• Communicate effectively with dispatch for smooth operations
Requirements:
• Customer service experience in fast-paced settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods outdoors
• Flexible availability for varied shifts
• Team-oriented with a professional demeanor
