Salary Range: $22.00 To $23.00 Hourly

Carson Automotive Group  requires a full time Call Centre Receptionist with a friendly, cheerful and outgoing personality to join our quality team. This position will be located at one of our Victoria Dealership locations (TBD upon hiring).

The primary responsibility of this position is to professionally answer, qualify, and direct incoming dealership calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and active listening skills, a courteous and professional telephone manner, and the ability to accurately identify callers’ needs to ensure accurate and efficient call routing. Additional responsibilities include greeting customers, providing general assistance, and directing visitors to the appropriate staff or departments to ensure a welcoming and positive customer experience. Previous call centre or reception experience would be an asset.

This position requires flexibility and willingness to work rotating hours and days between our five Greater Victoria locations. This position works in office 5 days per week, with workdays varying from Monday to Sunday and scheduled shifts varying between the hours of 7:00am and 7:30pm.
