The role combines customer service, appointment booking, data entry, and paperwork processing. You will answer inquiries, maintain service records, and support office operations.

• Answer calls and emails about service requests and bookings
• Book appointments and communicate schedule changes to customers
• Maintain customer information, work orders, and service records
• Process invoices, quotes, and job documentation
• Support general administrative tasks and office organization

• Three or more years in customer service or office administration
• Clear, friendly phone manner and strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple calls and priorities
• Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling or CRM software proficiency
• Valid British Columbia driver's licence
