Build customer relationships and process loan applications as a Customer Service Representative with Speedy Cash in financial services. In-store training is provided.
Speedy Cash seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service while supporting customers’ financial needs. You will communicate in person, by telephone, and email while aiding loan sales, cheque cashing, and promotions. No experience is necessary because in-store training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:- Build customer relationships through exceptional customer service
- Identify financial needs and process loan applications
- Collect delinquent accounts to minimize bad debt
- Communicate information in person, by telephone, and email
- Handle daily cash and debit transactions
- Valid government-issued photo identification
- Clean criminal record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- No experience necessary; in-store training provided
Support Speedy Cash customers through financial service, loan processing, cash handling, and relationship-building responsibilities.
