• Wage: $34.00 to $38.00/ hour, depending on experience.

Sidney Harbour Dental is a state‑of‑the‑art, patient‑centered dental practice located in Sidney, BC. We provide comprehensive, risk‑based dental care in a brand‑new facility, with a strong hygiene program and a supportive, community‑focused environment. Our team is dedicated to delivering outstanding care while fostering a positive workplace culture.

• Assist the dentist chairside during procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms following strict infection control protocols.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, post‑treatment care, and dental procedures.
• Take and develop X‑rays (if certified) and maintain accurate patient records.
• Support front desk operations as needed, including scheduling and patient communication.
• Contribute to a positive, patient‑focused clinic environment.

• Experience as a Dental Assistant (preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals willing to learn).
• Certification as a Dental Assistant with BCCOHP
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, you’re as good at explaining care as you are at providing it.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, and you’re comfortable managing a busy schedule with ease.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work both independently and as part of a close‑knit clinical team.
• Comfort with dental software systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience is a bonus!
