Vic West Dentistry, with over 30 years in service, is seeking a Sterilization Technician.
This role offers 28-32 hours per week, focusing on cleaning, sterilizing, and maintaining dental instruments per IPAC standards. You will be part of a collaborative environment that emphasizes career growth and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean, package, and sterilize dental instruments
• Operate sterilization equipment and monitor compliance
• Maintain accurate records for compliance and audits
• Ensure a safe and organized reprocessing area
• Collaborate with the clinical team for efficient patient flow
Requirements:
• Previous experience in sterilization preferred
• Completion of Dental Assisting or MDRT Programs
• Knowledge of IPAC standards is an asset
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
