Aboutthe Role
Our client is seeking a BIM Manager to lead and manage the Revit environment and digital standards across the office. This hands‑on role involves setting direction while actively supporting project teams across all phases.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead BIM strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement across the office.
- Manage and evolve Revit standards, templates, and workflows.
- Support project teams with modeling, documentation, and coordination.
- Troubleshoot BIM‑related issues and improve efficiency across projects.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to integrate BIM into project delivery.
- Contribute to project work while maintaining oversight of BIM processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing.
- Experience working across multiple project phases.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative within a smaller studio environment.
- Background in architecture or architectural technology preferred.
- Full‑time, permanent position based in Victoria, BC.
- Hybrid work model, typically three days in office.
- High level of ownership and autonomy across BIM at a firm‑wide level.
