Position: Pediatric Respirologist Needed
Make a difference for pediatric patients as a Pediatric Respirologist in Vancouver Island's stunning Victoria with Island Health. This permanent role focuses on critical respiratory care and consultations.

The Pediatric Respiratory Clinic is looking for an experienced Pediatric Respirologist to oversee the asthma clinic at VGH and provide essential inpatient consultations. You will also manage outreach clinics and interpret crucial pediatric pulmonary function tests. This position involves working closely with clinical staff, ensuring high-quality care for technology-dependent children across the island.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead asthma management clinics at VGH

• Provide inpatient consultations and support

• Conduct outreach clinics in Duncan

• Interpret pulmonary function tests in Victoria and Duncan

• Analyze overnight oximetry tests for young patients

Requirements:

• Royal College certification in Pediatrics

• Sub-specialty certification in Pediatric Respirology

• Eligibility for full B.C. licensure

• Experience in pediatric pulmonary management
