• Rate of Pay: $19.53 - $19.53 per hour plus 14% in lieu of benefits
• Hours of Work: Up to 8-12 hours bi-weekly. Hours and shifts may vary seasonally.

This position assists with instruction and leadership of private and group tennis lessons to adults, youth and/or children at Panorama Recreation.

• Assists with instruction and leadership of group tennis programs for adults, youth and/or children
• Assists with preparation of equipment necessary for instruction prior to the start of the session
• Provides constructive guidance and feedback to participants
• Ensures clear and respectful communication with players, parents/guardians, co-workers and supervisor(s)
• Provides excellent service to both internal and external customers
• Maintains a clean and safe environment
• Keeps accurate attendance records
• Follows policies, procedures and standards of the CRD
• Other related duties as required

• Minimum level of tennis play: 3.0
• Ability to increase/decrease the difficulty of drills to customize lessons
• Possess the playing, demonstration and feeding abilities to work with tennis players up to a 3.5 level

• High School Graduation
• A minimum of 1 year directly related experience

• Acceptable criminal record check. The applicant/incumbent is required to undergo a criminal record check to work in this position and to report to their supervisor if any criminal charges are laid against them that may be related to their employment.
