In this transformative role, the Admissions Advising Assistant aids prospective students by providing guidance on admission requirements and essential program details. Your responsibilities include maintaining databases, facilitating the admissions process, and ensuring accurate responses to student inquiries. You will also be responsible for managing transfer credit agreements and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support students with admission procedures and requirements
• Keep student records accurate and updated
• Administer admissions processes with efficiency
• Manage transfer credit agreements with partner schools
• Address complex inquiries with integrity and professionalism
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of related administrative experience
• Excellent problem-solving and stellar communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow policy
• Proficiency in MS Office and student info systems
• Commitment to fostering diversity and inclusivity
