In this role, you will bring EY Canada's AI learning strategy to life by coordinating comprehensive educational programs and ensuring seamless execution. Your responsibilities will involve managing logistics, learner experiences, and performance tracking with a focus on building valuable AI skills. A blend of organization, curiosity about AI, and communication proficiency will ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of AI learning initiatives
• Handle registrations, evaluations, and program administration
• Support continuous improvement through learner feedback
• Build and curate learning materials and assets
• Engage with stakeholders and ensure high-quality experiences
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in learning development or program management
• Experience with Microsoft Teams and Share Point
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to manage diverse priorities and stakeholders
• Bilingual in English and French considered an asset
