Position: Tutor for Middle School Students
Shape the future of students in Victoria, BC as a Middle School Tutor with Prep Academy Tutors. Focus on personalized instruction for Grades 6-9 in a supportive environment.

As a Tutor, you'll provide individualized lessons that cater to each student’s unique strengths while promoting academic skills and confidence. Your work will take place in students’ homes or online, enabling flexible and effective learning experiences. Engaging with families and creating meaningful educational plans will enhance student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead customized, individual tutoring sessions targeting student needs

• Aid in homework completion and skill enhancement for various subjects

• Craft personalized learning strategies in line with BC curriculum

• Encourage improved study habits and time management skills

• Maintain effective communication with families regarding progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field

• Possess a valid BC Teaching Certificate or meet eligibility

• Experience working with middle school students (Grades 6-9)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Hold a valid driver's license for transportation
