As a Reserve Training Development Officer, you will work on improving training activities in your geographical area. You will assist in curriculum development and evaluate teaching methods while gaining valuable experience in military education. Your input will directly contribute to the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and improve training practices in your unit
• Assist with curriculum and assessment development
• Provide mentorship to instructors and trainees
• Facilitate training sessions and exercises
• Support operational training objectives within your unit
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education required
• Experience in training or educational consulting beneficial
• Ability to work part-time while studying or working
• Must be part of the CAF Reserve Force
• Flexibility to volunteer for full-time assignments
