Your leadership will recruit and develop the program while enhancing its visibility in the agricultural sector and regional community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach multiple undergraduate courses each semester

• Lead recruitment and growth of Agribusiness concentration

• Develop curriculum to meet educational needs

• Collaborate with faculty and industry partners

• Engage in university service and community outreach

Requirements:

• Earned master's degree in business or agribusiness

• Relevant industry experience in agribusiness

• Earned doctorate preferred

• Prior higher education teaching experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
