Sooke School District is expanding its Elementary Principal Pool, seeking educational leaders dedicated to excellence. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide instructional and organizational leadership in schools
• Foster safe and engaging learning environments
• Build relationships to support staff and students
• Lead school-based initiatives and collaborative programs
• Encourage personal and professional growth in staff
Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Educational Leadership or related field
• Valid BC Teaching Certificate
• Minimum of three years as a Principal or Vice Principal
• Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
• Knowledge of incorporating Indigenous perspectives in education
