- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support growth
- Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes discipline, respect, and enthusiasm for music
- Collaborate with other educators to integrate music into broader curriculum activities
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, participation, and achievement
- Support students’ development in music theory, technique, and performance skills through tutoring and personalized guidance
- Proven experience in teaching instrumental music to diverse age groups, especially children and early learners
- Strong knowledge of various instruments and instructional methods suitable for early childhood education
- Excellent communication skills to effectively tutor students with varying learning styles
- Ability to create fun, interactive lessons that motivate young learners to practice and improve
- Classroom experience with managing group activities and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere
- Experience working with children in educational settings or tutoring environments is highly desirable
- Basic cooking or classroom activity skills are a plus for integrating creative projects into lessons
