Within the Faculty of Health, the Counselling Psychology Program prepares students for professional practice in social justice-informed counselling. The Program Assistant for the Counselling Psychology Program plays a vital role in supporting this mission by serving as the first point of contact for the program and providing essential administrative support to faculty, students, and the public. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a values-driven academic environment dedicated to improving health outcomes and supporting student success.

Reporting to the Administrative Officer, this position is the first point of contact for the Counselling Psychology Program and provides front line reception duties and administrative support.

This role acts as a resource person to answer inquiries from students, faculty, and general public by applying established procedures, and when necessary, re-directing as appropriate.

This position requires a level of education, training, and experience equivalent to 1 year experience working within a comparable environment.
