Position: Lead Teacher for Early Childhood Learning
Fueling Brains Academies seeks a Lead Teacher for our Left-Brain classroom. Develop engaging learning experiences that inspire young minds and foster independence in children through hands-on learning.

In this role, you will lead your classroom by creating structured, purposeful activities that align with children's developmental needs. Your mission is to enhance their problem-solving abilities, focus, and independence within a supportive environment. Collaboration with fellow educators and strong connections with families are essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the classroom with engaging weekly activities

• Develop structured, hands-on learning experiences

• Encourage children's independence and problem-solving skills

• Foster exploration, choice, and responsibility in learning

• Assess children's progress to inform next steps

Requirements:

• Current British Columbia Early Childhood Educator Certificate

• Experience in early learning or childcare environments

• Confident planning and classroom ownership skills

• Warm, responsive teaching style adaptable to needs

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
