Position: Lead Teacher for Left-Brain Classroom
Fueling Brains Academies seeks a Lead Teacher to empower children in a Left-Brain classroom. Create engaging learning experiences through hands-on activities and support their growth and independence.

We are looking for a passionate Lead Early Childhood Educator who can effectively lead a nurturing classroom. Inspire children with engaging, structured activities that cater to their developmental needs and interests.

Your role will focus on fostering independence, problem-solving skills, and building strong relationships with families and educators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead classroom and design engaging weekly learning experiences

• Implement structured, hands-on activities for children’s interests

• Foster children’s independence and problem-solving skills

• Create an environment promoting exploration and responsibility

• Observe progress and adjust activities accordingly

Requirements:

• Valid British Columbia Early Childhood Educator Certificate

• Experience in early learning or childcare environments

• Ability to plan activities and manage a classroom

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Criminal record check and First Aid/CPR certification
