As a vital member of the Early Years team, you will lead and assist in classroom activities while contributing to our After School Care and Camp programs.
Your role will create engaging and responsive environments that promote independence and confidence among young children, ensuring their overall growth and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support JK3 and JK4 classrooms with curriculum activities
• Step into lead or assistant roles as needed
• Assist After School Care and Camp programs
• Foster engaging, responsive environments for children
• Promote foundational skills through inquiry-based learning
Requirements:
• ECE certification with knowledge of educational trends
• Experience in Montessori or Reggio Emilia methods
• Interest in Nature School program
• Strong knowledge of inquiry-based learning approaches
• Commitment to continuous professional development
