The Opportunity  Organic Abundance Empowerment Avenue operates within an internationally established transformational education company with a presence in over 150 countries and a program history dating back to 1998. We are seeking a small number of seasoned professionals to join us as independent Accountability Coaches — guiding individuals through the transition from corporate employment to entrepreneurial independence.
In this role you will market branded transformational education products — including courses, seminars, documentaries, and coach training — while applying accountability coaching techniques to support clients through structured goal-setting and attainment practices. No prior industry experience is required. Ongoing training, mentorship, and support are provided from day one.
This is designed to be started part-time alongside existing commitments. A consistent 15 hours per week is all that is needed to build momentum. Income potential of $150,000–$250,000+ for those who commit fully.
What You'll Do   Create outreach campaigns to attract and qualify prospective clients
Conduct alignment assessments with professionals exploring entrepreneurial transition
Guide clients through goal-setting and attainment exercises using accountability coaching techniques
Market branded transformational education products including courses, seminars, documentaries, and coach training
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development
Build and manage your own client pipeline using provided systems and CRM tools
A Strong Fit If You...
Have 10+ years in corporate leadership, education, consulting, healthcare, or business ownership
Coachable yet self-directed, and motivated by helping others succeed
Are open to building income independently outside a traditional employer-employee relationship
Can commit 15+ hours per week with a view to scaling over time
