Leverage your submarine expertise with CAE as a Submarine Operations Subject Matter Expert. In this hybrid role, contribute to developing and validating submarine training systems for the Royal Canadian Navy.
Join the Training Systems Integration (TSI) team to provide specialist advice on submarine operations, supporting the Canadian Patrol Submarine Project. You will guide operational analysis, instructional design, and performance measurement across varied training environments. Collaborate closely with other experts to ensure effective training solutions aligned with Royal Canadian Navy standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise TSI teams throughout the training system lifecycle
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and operational simulation requirements
• Develop training and performance assessment procedures
• Ensure alignment with RCN doctrine and Future Naval Training Strategy
• Monitor advancements in maritime training technologies
Requirements:
• Extensive submarine operations experience in RCN or equivalent
• Demonstrated operational experience in a submarine environment
• Knowledge of System Approach to Training frameworks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows systems
• Ability to obtain NATO SECRET clearance
