Position: Field Service Representative - Helicopter Support

Contribute to national security at General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada as a Field Service Representative for the Maritime Helicopter Program. This full-time position emphasizes providing expert support in high-stakes environments.

You will be part of the Maritime Helicopter Project's In-Service Support team, operating from the Department of National Defense facility in Patricia Bay, British Columbia. Your background in aircraft avionics will be critical in diagnosing, maintaining, and improving helicopter systems, ensuring seamless operations and superior service for the military.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver timely technical assistance for fielded helicopter systems

• Investigate and implement corrective actions for issues

• Conduct repairs on avionics and communication systems

• Ensure equipment availability and readiness for operations

• Collaborate with engineering teams for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of relevant aircraft avionics work

• Required diploma in an aircraft technology program

• Effective interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Willingness to travel approximately 10%
