Position: Hybrid Civil Estimator Role
Become a Civil Construction Estimator at Hazelwood Construction, embracing a hybrid model in Victoria. This role highlights your analytical prowess and depth of estimating experience while supporting high-profile infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate will possess 3–5+ years of hands-on estimating expertise in civil construction. You’ll be instrumental in preparing comprehensive cost estimates and collaborating with industry professionals. Your ability to analyze site conditions and tender documents ensures precision and excellence in project proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft detailed cost estimates from specs

• Leverage estimating software such as Explorer

• Analyze site conditions and project drawings

• Maintain networks with subcontractors and suppliers

• Support PMs and estimators during project runs
Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Technology

• 3–5+ years of estimating in civil construction

• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Solid understanding of tender processes

• Criminal Record Check required
