Technical Publication Specialist

Contribute to military documentation with Thales as a Technical Publication Specialist in Victoria, Canada. Focus on supportability engineering tasks and ensure compliance with National Defence standards.
This hybrid position requires a strong technical background and skills in documentation preparation, revision, and delivery. You will review OEM manuals, assist in developing maintenance plans, and organize critical technical data. Collaboration with engineering and service delivery teams is vital to ensure accurate and consistent documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and revise technical documentation for accuracy

• Review vendor documentation and OEM manuals

• Develop preventive and corrective maintenance schedules

• Manage data in Logistics Support Analysis Record tools

• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve queries
Requirements:

• Engineering degree or technologist diploma

• Strong technical writing and editing skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders

• Eligibility for security clearance and access requirements
