As a full-time Building Envelope Design Engineer, you will be an integral part of project teams, guiding new builds and rehabilitating existing structures.

Your role involves preparing design reports, conducting thermal bridging calculations, and collaborating with energy modelling teams. You'll also perform construction field reviews and engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle, expanding your technical expertise in the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients on new building projects

• Conduct thermal bridging calculations and analysis

• Review specifications for building envelope designs

• Perform construction field reviews during project phases

• Coordinate commissioning activities including air leakage testing

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering with Building Science courses

• Minimum 2 years of experience in building science

• Registered Engineer-In-Training or eligible for registration

• Effective communication skills

• Familiarity with construction practices and techniques
