PHASOR Engineering Inc. seeks a Commissioning Specialist to join their growing team in British Columbia. This role encompasses leading the commissioning of MV/HV protection systems for diverse industrial and utility clients. The ideal candidate thrives in technical environments, conducting relay tests and problem-solving in real-time. Your communication skills will be essential in this customer-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead commissioning activities for power systems
• Execute secondary injection tests on relays
• Validate SCADA configurations for accuracy
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues
• Document and report findings for client reviews
Requirements:
• Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent
• At least 4 years of relay testing experience
• Familiarity with Omicron relay test equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Legal entitlement to work in Canada with driving license
