This role requires a proactive Building Envelope Design Engineer to engage in project phases, offering expertise from conceptualization to completion. You will collaborate with architects and developers, prepare critical design reports, perform thermal bridging calculations, and ensure constructability through field reviews. Your ability to communicate effectively and lead commissioning activities will be paramount in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients on new builds and renovations

• Prepare design reports and review relevant documents

• Perform thermal bridging calculations for projects

• Conduct field reviews and lead commissioning efforts

• Assess constructability and participate in project close-out

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering with Building Science coursework

• Minimum 2 years of experience in building science

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Leadership ability and team collaboration

• Experience in consulting or construction is an asset
