Data Capture Field Technician

Location:

Victoria, BC

About us

At Niricson, we believe the world’s most critical infrastructure deserves better intelligence.

From hydroelectric dams and bridges to airfields and industrial assets, aging infrastructure is a growing global challenge. Traditional inspection methods are often slow, subjective, and difficult to scale.

We’re changing that.

By combining robotics, AI, advanced sensing technologies, and data analytics, Niricson helps infrastructure owners make smarter, safer, and more proactive decisions about the assets their communities depend on every day.

Our technologies collect high-quality data from complex structures using industrial drones and proprietary sensing systems, transforming that data into actionable engineering insights.

We’re a team of engineers, innovators, and problem-solvers passionate about building technology with real-world impact.

As we continue to grow, we are expanding our field operations team to support infrastructure inspections across North America and beyond. Data Capture Field Technicians play a key role in deploying advanced sensing technologies, collecting critical field data, and helping deliver the insights our clients rely on.

This is not a typical desk job. Our field teams travel to unique locations, work with cutting-edge drone technology, and gain access to infrastructure few people ever get to see. Every project brings new challenges, environments, and opportunities to learn.

If you enjoy hands-on fieldwork, thrive in dynamic environments, and want to help shape the future of infrastructure inspections, we’d love to hear from you.
