As a Reliability Engineering Specialist, you will lead programs in Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability for complex systems. Your expertise will be essential in developing Maintenance strategies using analytical and modeling techniques, ensuring compliance with military standards. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, your role will drive the optimization of reliable engineering designs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply military and commercial specifications for Reliability and Maintainability
• Develop and update Reliability-Centred Maintenance programs
• Conduct reliability engineering analyses to meet customer needs
• Utilize modeling techniques for evaluating targets
• Lead teams to deliver quality projects on time and within budget
Requirements:
• Certified Engineering Technologist or Professional Engineer
• Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability engineering
• Expertise in RCM methodologies
• Proficiency in reliability modeling tools
• Knowledge of naval/marine systems is an asset
