In this pivotal role, you will integrate your comprehensive knowledge of hydrology into practical engineering solutions. Engage in the development of hydrotechnical designs, prepare technical materials for project execution, and lead project teams while establishing strong client relationships. Your contributions will help tackle pressing challenges in climate adaptation and flood risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create designs for climate-resilient hydrotechnical infrastructure
• Craft technical briefs and project proposals for stakeholders
• Guide multidisciplinary teams throughout project deliverables
• Build rapport with clients and regulatory authorities
• Identify key project opportunities for regional growth in services
Requirements:
• Degree in civil or environmental engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in hydrotechnical engineering
• Registration as a professional engineer in BC or eligibility
• Expertise in hydraulics, hydrology, and flood assessments
• Strong leadership and project management experience
